Bond: website, content, strategy

We managed the redesign and rebuilding of bond.org.uk. We also created a new user-centred content strategy for the site. We created guidance and training for staff on how to strategically use different content types. This led to an engaging and effective space for dialogue at the heart of the international development community.

We developed new areas of the site including a self-servicing online jobs board, a blog with multiple external contributors, an event-booking system, and an innovation library. We used network connections and content to turn these into vibrant areas of the site.

Over the space of a year we increased visitors to the website from around 25,000 people a month to as many as 65,000. We also increased online income to around £300,000 per year.

We devised a digital transformation programme for the organisation, including services, community, learning, data and content.

We also built My Bond, an online community of more than 6,000 people, using a bespoke, open source platform used by over 50 working groups. My Bond provided a crucial platform for people to collaborate as well as to interact with the organisation.

Other websites we’ve built and managed include ones for the Equality Commission, Responding to Conflict, ActionAid, Detention Action, Catalyst Magazine, Global Health Investment Fund, Lions Head Group, Oshun Consultancy, The H2 Solution, Reclaim Our Cinema, Bygga Bo and 33 Books.
